This portion of Scripture holds a profound message that speaks to the core of our Christian faith: the transformative power of being born again in Christ Jesus. In this passage, we encounter a man named Nicodemus, a Pharisee and a ruler of the Jews. Nicodemus comes to Jesus under the cover of night, seeking wisdom and understanding. He acknowledges that Jesus is a teacher from God, recognizing the signs and wonders He has performed. However, Jesus responds to Nicodemus with a statement that shakes the foundation of his religious understanding: "Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God" (John 3:3). At first, Nicodemus is perplexed by Jesus' words....
